Shipping policy
While we do our best to have all on hand item orders processed and shipped within 24hrs of order placement however several items we offer are custom made to order and can take 3-14 days to complete and ship.
All shipping rates are calculated by the courier at checkout and we have no ability to combine orders for a discounted shipping rate, if you would like to add an item or change an order please contact us first and we can see what options are available.
Package insurance is at the default rate of the courier. Usually $50 for USPS Priority and $100 for UPS express additional insurance may be requested and purchased separately.
Packages lost in the mail will follow courier guidelines for reimbursement only.
Due to increased fraud. We will not ship any order to an address significantly different than the primary billing address and orders placed by an IP address in a significantly different area may be held for fraud analysis before completion.
We get a TON of requests to ship as “bicycle parts” or other things. This is not a bicycle store and this isn’t a personal transaction between friends. Devices are battery testers/multi meters and hardware is hardware. Plain and simple. I will also NOT under-declare item values to negate duties charges as this is fraud… at worst it is international mail fraud and puts you, me, your items and my business at serious risk. If you don’t want to pay the taxes and duties, don’t order or find another route but we cannot and will be a party to fraud. Sorry. If an order is returned because of refusal to pay the duties and import fees you will be responsible for any additional fees and charges and refunds are only offered as store credit for international orders after the first 48hrs of purchase.
