Return Policy and Order Cancellation
Return and or Refund Policy:
Any and all items are covered by our defective merchandise policy and will be replaced or repaired by Captain Chucks Flavor Island at the suppliers discretion. Items must be unopened, unused and in original retail packaging to qualify for a Refund. We stand behind the quality of the items we offer, if you have any problems with your product please contact us immediately for possible exchange, replacement or repair. User/consumer induced damage is not covered.
If items are damaged in transit please refuse package if possible, so that we can take appropriate action with the courier.
We do not have the ability to issue return shipping labels and any returned merchandise will be at the senders expense, however if the item meets our exchange, warranty policy guidelines we will cover the shipping charges back to you.
Lost packages will only be replaced or refunded once officially deemed lost by the courier. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed regularly. International orders can suffer from excessive shipping/customs delays and we please ask you to simply be patient. We have seen some international deliveries take up to 100 days to complete.
Stolen packages, marked as delivered, are not eligible for replacement. Once a package is marked as delivered it is out of our control.

Order Cancelling, an order may only be canceled within 48hrs of payment. Wait times vary and updates are shared regularly to inform all customers of the expected delivery schedule.
Changes to an existing order will be approved on a case by case basis.
Please contact us via email prior to returning any merchandise, an RMA# will be provided. If any merchandise is returned without an appropriate RMA# it will be refused and returned to sender.
