It is with great sadness that we are being forced to shut our doors.

Through veiled passage at the end of 2020, buried deep inside the Omnibus Budget Bill (Covid Relief Bill) was an amendment to the PACT/Jenkins act 2009 to include Electronic Cigarettes and their components (WRITTEN HORRIFICALLY VAGUE enough to basically encompass all products).

It is common place and practice for our Governing entities to legislate this way, with Riders attached to Must Pass Bills, and this one makes it a Felony to ship vape items to Consumers...yeah!!

USPS has no choice but to comply and to make matters worse, UPS and FedEx have elected to deny shipments due to the mountainous paperwork and compliance burdens.

We were all hoping for a last minute clarification of this bill, some hail marry pass type thing... but March 27th marks the Date and that is too quickly approaching to expect a miracle. 

So, for now at least (Praying for late salvation here) we have no choice but to succumb to the powers and bow out.
